Who we are

Smoothie Bike Hire SA is a specialist brand by Mobile Wellness Co. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@mobilewellnessco.co.za.

The quote form

When you submit the quote form, we securely store your contact details, organisation and event requirements using Lovable Cloud. These enquiries are not accessible to other website visitors.

Email forwarding is not currently enabled. You can also send your enquiry through WhatsApp or your own email app; those services handle your message under their own privacy policies.

How we use enquiries

Enquiries you send us are used by the Mobile Wellness Co team to respond, prepare quotes and manage bookings. We don't sell your information.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example how many people start the quote form or click to WhatsApp, call or email. We do not send the contents of the form to analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google may set cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@mobilewellnessco.co.za.

Changes

We update this policy when the way we handle your information changes.
